• Our CBD products contain less than 1% THC (in Switzerland) and are non-psychoactive.

• All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Payment must be made in full before order processing.

• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

• We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

5.⁠ ⁠Orders and Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if:

• Products are out of stock.

• Payment cannot be processed.

• The order violates applicable laws or our policies.

6.⁠ ⁠Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)

• Orders within Switzerland are shipped using trusted carriers.

• Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers.

6.2 International Shipping

• We ship to selected international destinations only where CBD products are legal.

• Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that CBD products are legal in their country before ordering.

• By placing an order for international delivery, you confirm that:

• Import and possession of CBD products is legal in your destination country.

• You accept all legal responsibility for compliance with local laws.

6.3 Customs Clearance and Liability

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance procedures in the destination country.

• Such costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

• We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by customs.

• Seizure or confiscation of products by customs or local authorities.

• Refusal of entry or return of goods due to non-compliance with local laws.

• Legal Disclaimer: Once the product leaves Switzerland, all liability transfers to the customer. We do not provide refunds or replacements if the product is stopped, seized, or destroyed by customs or other authorities in the destination country.

7.⁠ ⁠Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of CBD products, unsealed items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

8.⁠ ⁠Disclaimer of Liability

• We make no medical claims regarding our CBD products.

• Use of our products is at your own risk.

• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

• For international orders, liability ends when the package leaves Switzerland (see Section 6.3).
